Those who suffer from mild to moderate acne are most likely to benefit from the treatment, as they are most likely to have the p. acnes bacterium which the Blue Light system destroys.
The Forever Clear BBL™ Acne Treatment is also capable of reducing excess oiliness, minimizing enlarged pores, and within a few sessions, a noticeable reduction or even possibly an elimination of acne.

A thin film of cooling gel is applied to your skin before the BBL Acne Treatment is performed. Most patients have reported minimal discomfort and the treatment sessions last approximately 20 to 30 minutes including preparing the skin and cleaning up.

It is important to note that the p. acnes bacterium multiplies rapidly, hence regular treatments of approximately 6 - 8 sessions (performed at 1 - 2 weeks intervals) are recommended for optimal results.

Mild redness immediately following the treatment is normal and should resolve within a few hours. This is a no downtime procedure so makeup can be applied immediately following, and patients are free to resume their normal activities after the treatment.
