Wilco Fair: A family affair

There are two types of people in the world… those that LIVE for the WILCO FAIR and those that don’t. We happen to be the former… in fact, our families have been anxiously awaiting the fair and all it has to offer. First and most importantly if you have access to IG you need to follow @myfairladies_ for all things WILCO FAIR. They are hysterical to watch and actually very helpful for navigating the fair and finding THE BEST fair food. We can’t wait to hear their take!

Over the years we have developed our own love for many things at the fair, here is a quick rundown:

  • Chicken on a Stick

  • Orange Julius

  • Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

  • Chocolate Cobbler

  • Roasted Corn

  • Fried Oreos

Where else can you go watch a live pig birth, ride rides, get hypnotized, catch a monkey racing on a dog, enter your prize-winning pickles, all while enjoying your favorite treats?! Only in Wilson County! And really that’s just scratching the surface!
